Driver

Driver's income is stored in their multi-currency wallet and records are stored in transactions table. You can either go to an specific driver from Drivers menu or open accounting menu to see all drivers wallet list. This page is useful for automatic payouts. For example you can filter wallets based on a currency and an specific range of amounts and then export it to CSV using option provided and use bank panel to pay-out all of them at once.

When payout is done app should be known of this to deduct payout from wallet. This process couldn't be automized because every bank has different result format and would need to be done manually through each driver Financial Records page.

The other payout method intended is Payment request. When driver credit reaches a certain level he would be able to sent a payout request to admin which would be visible and notified on CMS. Upon inserting transaction details of payout admin can mark the requet as done.

 

Admin

This page shows record of all commissions admin had on services done. Upon each service being finished record to commission is added here and amount is added to the multi-currency wallet of admin.

Marketing

 

Promotions

Promotions is a place to get in touch with your clients through public notices. This notices can include offers, new, updates & etc. It is important to set a correct date for start date and expiration date so the offer would be shown at that range only and be expired afterwhile.

 

Coupons

Coupons is a great marketing tool to help with users retention rate. A coupon can offer discount on service user requests for. Coupons just like promotions have expiry date and will disappear from user's menu after that time. Customer needs to enter code of coupon either during trip or save beforehead for later use.

 

Management

With app user base growing over time administration of system can be a work for a team. Admin can create users with different set of accesses to different parts of CMS so they would be able to do that without making unwanted change into other parts. Defination of CMS users is possible at menu.

 

Fleets

Fleets are sub-provider that can be beneficiary on trips commission. This is an optional feature and everything can work without it. When a driver is being approved admin has the option to assign driver to a fleet to share the comission of trip between admin and fleet wallet. The percentage of share is set per fleet.

 

Online Payments

For services there is two optional payment methods. Direct payment or in-app payment. For direct payment rider would pay the full amount to driver in any way convinient and commission would be deducted from driver credit. In addition to that there is in-app online payment options which is done with one of the offered payment gateways. Customer pays the fee and payment processor would pay it to admin account. Commission of service would be added to drivers credit for future payout requests.

Braintree is an official PayPal service which offers Debit Card, Credit Card, PayPal, ApplePay, Google Pay payment methods. The advantage braintree has over other gateways currently offered is that it has store payment info option for future payment offering a great experience for your clients.

 

Stripe

One of the globally most known and trusted payment gateways.

 

Complaints

In addition to review rider gives to a driver affecting driver approval rate there is an option for both of them to make a complaint so operators would have to review and take actions. Both android & iOS apps have complaint form integrated into Trip History page and their submissions would appear on CMS. It is expected to be tracked and resolved manually with direct calls to each party if needed hence information of driver & rider is provided at this page in addition to link for to associated informations.

The customer application as well as the driver application and I will show how the customer can place a booking and the driver will receive it and the driver will complete the booking.

so this is the customer application to the customer can see the map and he can see his location and the customer can select that where he wants to go.

So the application is auto detected the pick up location so this month the pickup location and the customer can change it as well and customer then has to enter that where he has to go he can enter the location manually other can pick up the location from the saved recent location.

 so I'll just select this location and he can select that is this is a pickup or a drop-off location so I'll just select drop off address and then click on done.
